Regional Food Service Contracting Officer
As Contracting Officer for Regional Foodservices it's my responsibility to ensure the readiness of all equipment and supplies necessary in direct support of twelve ashore galleys responsible for the feeding of some 18,000 Sailors, Marines, Coast Guard, Army, Air Force and other authorized DOD entities. Regional staff numbers 218 Culinary Specialist and 285 civilian contract workers.
I am directly accountable to the Regional Director for the proper operation status and financial caretaker for an estimated annual budget of $1.2 million.
