A department of Naval Support Activity Norfolk, we have locations throughout the Hampton Roads area, with the main headquarters at Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia. Regional Food Service encompasses nine shore galleys responsible for the feeding of some 108,000 Sailors, Marines, Coast Guard, Army, Air Force and other authorized DOD entities. Regional staff numbers 185 Culinary Specialist and 217 civilian contract workers.

The Regional Director is directly accountable to the Commanding Officer, Naval Support Activity for the proper operation and financials of all supporting food service facilities.
