Sailing and Marina Centers offers a variety of programs and services such as: friendly and knowledgeable staff, sailing classes and lessons, junior sail camps, boat rentals and competitive racing. Additional amenities may offer boat docking slips.

Fishing Regulations 
Information & Services:
The Sailing Center offers boating courses for adults and children and offers a Spring, Summer, and Fall Regatta Series for those interested in racing. Please contact us for more information.

Year round docking for privately owned boats for vessels up to 48 feet in length. A fixed pier is $5.75 per foot, per month and a floating pier is $6.50 per foot, per month. Transient Docking available for $1.50 per foot per night.  Boat ramp passes available for $5 a day or $40 a year. Please contact us for more information.

Requirements for slip rental: must be active duty, retired military or DoD civilian; have proof of insurance, registration/documentation, Coast Guard safety inspection, and a credit card to be used for automatic debit payments.

Sailing Center has the following boats for rent: 
Kayaks and Kayak Trailers - Singles, doubles and fishing kayaks with GPS units
Dinghy Sailboats - Lasers, 420s, Hobie Waves, Knockabouts and Hunter 170s
Keelboats - Colgate 26s, Catalina 310 and Hunter 260
Powerboats - 19-foot Carolina Skiffs, Triumph 170s, Bayliner 180s and Tahoe Q4s.

First week of November through last week of April: Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Amenities: Ninety-four floating concrete berths all with power and water. Restrooms, showers, washer and dryer and winter boat storage are available. Sailing lessons are offered and kayaks, canoes and sailboats are available for rent.
